Frequently asked questions
Is Premium a subscription?
No. Premium is a one-time payment for 30 or 365 days and never renews automatically. We email you a reminder 5 days before it ends. If you renew early, the new period is added to the end of the current one.
How can I pay?
Checkout runs through PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal account or with a debit or credit card. PayPal emails you a receipt for every payment.
What happens when Premium ends?
You get a 3-day grace period with the Premium limits. After that your account moves to the Free limits. Your API key keeps working the whole time, so nothing breaks in production. Renew whenever you like from this page.
When does my monthly quota reset?
On the 1st of every month at 00:00 UTC, for every plan. Each response tells you how many checks are left in the X-RateLimit-Remaining header.
I already have a Free key. Do I need a new one for Premium?
No. Pay with the same email address and your existing key gets the Premium limits right away.
How do I get a new API key?
Keys are shown only once and we do not store them. If you lost yours, . We email you a one-time link, and revealing the new key disables the old one.
