Terms of Service
Last updated: October 26, 2026
These Terms govern your use of www.signitize.io and the Signitize API (the "Service"), operated by Signitize ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf.
1. The Service
Signitize checks email addresses submitted to your signup forms and returns a normalized address and whether the address appears disposable or able to receive mail. Results are automated estimates and may be wrong. You remain responsible for decisions about your own users.
2. Accounts and API keys
- Your account is identified by its email address. Keep your information accurate.
- Each account has one API key, shown once. Keep it secret: you are responsible for all use made with it. If it leaks, request a new key, which disables the old one.
3. Plans and payments
- Plan limits are those shown on the pricing page at the time of use. Monthly quotas reset on the 1st of each month (UTC) and unused checks do not carry over.
- Premium is a one-time payment through PayPal for 30 or 365 days. It does not renew automatically. When it ends, your account moves to the Free plan after a 3-day grace period.
- Prices may change for future purchases. A purchased period is never affected.
4. Refunds
You can request a refund within 48 hours of a payment by writing to support from your account's email address. When a payment is refunded, the Premium time it bought is removed. Chargebacks are treated as refunds.
5. Acceptable use
Do not:
- check addresses you have no lawful reason to process, or use the Service to build, clean or verify mailing lists;
- share your key, resell the Service, or get around limits (for example with several accounts);
- attack, overload, reverse engineer or probe the Service.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
6. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy of results and uninterrupted availability. Your integration should keep working when the Service is unavailable, as described in Never block a signup.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will email account holders at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
